Developments on Lionel Street

Plans for two developments on Lionel Street in the Jewellery Quarter – near the entrance to Snow Hill Station – have been announced.

The office block at 16-17 Lionel Street, which has been vacant for 15 years, will be converted into 14 high-end apartments. And Queensway House – just next door – will be turned into seven apartments. You can read full details in Birmingham Post and Birmingham Mail respectively.
