Project:
Comprehensive mixed use development on 2.43 acre site at gateway to the city’s famous Jewellery Quarter.  Development comprises 100 bed Travelodge hotel; 10,000 sq ft office accommodation let to NSPCC; comprehensive restoration of Grade II listed building to provide office accommodation for Ormiston Academies Trust.  Planning permission has recently been granted for a 174 bed apart hotel for the Stay City Group with a start on site envisaged for later in 2013.
