Great Charles Place, on Great Charles Street, is a joint venture between Sterling Property Ventures and Long Harbour. There is a Public Exhibition about the plans on Wed 30th Sept 10am – 7pm in St Paul’s Church. Text from their blurb is below:

Great Charles Place is a strategic development site and a key part of the Snow Hill Masterplan, linking the Jewellery Quarter to Birmingham’s central business district.
The joint development team is planning to build 350 apartments on the site, plus 20,000 sq ft of retail/leisure space. Sterling PV is also proposing a 250,000 sq ft office development. The scheme will include provision for 140 cars.
Plans for the scheme will be submitted to Birmingham City Council in October.
